Consultant Reward – Zurich (Graduate)

About the role

Join EY's People Advisory Services Reward team in Zurich as a Graduate Consultant. You will support clients in designing and implementing remuneration strategies, gaining exposure to a variety of industries and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing remuneration consulting projects under senior guidance.
• Conduct analyses, develop recommendations, and prepare client presentations and concepts.
• Support the design of remuneration systems, including function evaluations, benchmarking, salary bands, and regulations.
• Help prepare proposals for new and existing customers across market segments.
• Maintain and update the EY salary database and contribute to equal‑pay analyses.
• Review documents and reports, manage client relationships, and collaborate with global EY colleagues.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics or Finance with a solid understanding of reward topics.
• Initial experience in corporate HR, Compensation & Benefits, or consulting.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Experience producing high‑quality reports, papers, and presentations is preferred.
