Consultant ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance

About the role

Join Accenture's ServiceNow practice to drive a major transformation program for a leading Swiss financial institution. As a Consultant specializing in ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance, you will work at the intersection of business, technology, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and facilitate workshops with risk, compliance and business stakeholders to identify requirements and build sustainable solutions.
• Design innovative ServiceNow IRM and GRC capabilities that align with organizational objectives.
• Conduct fit‑gap analyses, define target operating models and lead solution design across IRM, TPRM, BCM, policy & compliance, audit and issue management.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and integration.
• Support testing, deployment, hyper‑care and change activities while acting as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field.
• Several years of experience implementing and enhancing ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and business analysis skills.
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably banking or financial services.
• Fluent in German and English and willingness to work onsite in Switzerland.
