Content & CRM Specialist (Ticketing)

About the role

The Ticketing Content Writer & CRM Specialist works for UEFA Events SA within the Ticketing unit. The role creates, edits and optimises fan-facing ticketing communications and storytelling so that messaging is clear and consistent across UEFA EURO 2028, UEFA club competition finals and other competitions served by the unit. The position is based in Nyon, with work from home up to one day per week, and runs from 1 February 2027 to 31 July 2028.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to UEFA's ticketing communication and storytelling strategy, so fans clearly understand ticket sales processes, timelines and key updates.
• Draft and edit ticketing content for external and internal channels such as promotional and service email campaigns, websites, ticket sales portals, media releases, fact sheets and social media, working closely with the communications team and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the communication strategy and terminology are applied consistently across all channels.
• Identify ticketing sales needs and plan marketing activities according to the ticketing sales calendar.
• Evaluate and improve marketing content and strategy based on feedback and analysis.

Required profile

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a content writer, copywriter or in a similar role, ideally in the sports industry.
• Native-level English (must-have).
• Relocation to Switzerland or France is expected.
• Knowledge of another language is an asset.
