Controlling & Inventory Finance Manager

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Controlling & Inventory Finance Manager to lead finance transformation within the Innovative Medicine Finance Transformation (IMFT) program. The role focuses on modernising controlling and inventory processes as part of a global ERP (S/4HANA) deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Represent finance in cross‑functional discussions on Controlling & Inventory, especially for MAKE and R&D.
• Support the Controlling & Inventory Finance Lead in the design, build and deployment of ERP/S/4HANA processes.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Technical Product Owners and System Integrators to capture requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Manage inter‑dependencies with other transformation programs and ensure the Global Template meets business needs.
• Oversee process design, build demos, data validation, testing and hyper‑care support.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, preferably in supply chain, R&D or a principal company environment.
• Experience with costing, inventory and plant accounting.
• Strong analytical abilities, agile mindset and proven stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, global and virtual environment.
