Corporate Flights Coordinator Trainee

About the role

Join EF’s Staff Travel team as a Corporate Flights Coordinator Trainee. You will support the planning and execution of internal business travel, ensuring EF employees receive optimal flight itineraries while adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in booking, ticketing, changing, and cancelling flight reservations using Amadeus and Sabre.
• Coordinate travel for company events, summits, and kick‑offs across multiple divisions.
• Communicate travel requirements and updates to employees and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate travel records and help resolve travel‑related issues.
• Collaborate with team members and external travel partners while learning corporate travel best practices.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented, ensuring precision in bookings and passenger data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated to learn corporate travel processes, airline procedures, and reservation systems.

Required skills

• Experience with Amadeus reservation system.
• Experience with Sabre reservation system.
