Creative Designer

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a Creative Designer to shape its brand identity and deliver compelling visual assets across digital and print channels. Based in Lisbon, you will work onsite with cross‑functional teams to create engaging designs that support the company’s AI‑powered resource planning products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layouts for web, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and print materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate requirements into visual solutions.
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and performance metrics.
• Conduct design quality assurance and ensure high‑quality output across all channels.
• Produce assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma in multiple formats.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience creating assets for digital marketing, social media, and web.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and styles.
• Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and design best practices.
• Strong communication, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail.
