Creative Food Lab Intern

About the role

Join Nestlé Research as a Creative Food Lab Intern and help turn scientific ideas into exciting culinary experiences. You will work closely with scientific teams and food innovation specialists to develop prototypes, support internal events, and contribute fresh ideas to product development.

Key responsibilities

• Creating innovative food concepts and prototypes that translate scientific ideas into engaging culinary experiences.
• Collaborating with scientific teams to explore how research can shape meaningful product development opportunities.
• Preparing culinary prototypes and product demonstrations for internal events, tastings and innovation discussions.
• Presenting concepts with clarity and confidence to diverse audiences.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate in culinary creation, food innovation or a related field.
• Proactive, curious, and able to generate ideas and turn them into tangible concepts.
• Resilient, flexible, agile and patient in a collaborative environment.
• Fluent in English; French is an asset.
