Creative Marketing Specialist – Ads & Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist – Ads & Campaigns to join our partner’s team in Switzerland. You will develop advertising, campaign and brand content that connects the business with the right audiences across social media, promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce advertisements, social media campaigns and promotional content for multiple channels.
• Translate creative concepts and briefs into polished assets from idea to final execution.
• Develop visual storytelling that maintains a consistent brand voice and identity.
• Create short‑form video and motion content to support marketing campaigns.
• Produce marketing and business‑development collateral for commercial initiatives.
• Proactively generate fresh campaign concepts and manage projects independently while balancing priorities and deadlines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience creating advertisements, social campaigns or similar marketing creative.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for design, composition and brand consistency.
• Ability to work independently, organise priorities and propose new ideas.
• Experience with professional services, consulting or B2B technology brands is a plus.
