Cross-Product Platform Owner

About the role

As a Cross-Product Platform Owner you will ensure the platform and its business workflows run smoothly, continuously improving and fixing issues while supporting client integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the cross‑product platform strategy and integration roadmap.
• Define and optimise workflows that connect multiple products and services.
• Support customers and partners in integrating solutions through APIs and other technologies.
• Gather feedback, translate business requirements into platform improvements and work with engineering to deliver them.
• Act as level‑2 support, business release manager and platform expert for operations.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Platform Owner, Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system interoperability and integration technologies.
• Experience supporting customers or partners with technical integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
