Customer Relationship Manager – Aviation Software

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Relationship Manager to own the full account lifecycle for our aviation software solutions. You will drive strategy, execution and commercial growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage account plans, relationships and customer insights.
• Serve as the primary strategic and operational contact for clients.
• Monitor satisfaction, usage and risk indicators, and implement improvement actions.
• Coordinate internally, communicate product updates and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Lead commercial discussions, close deals and drive upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Manage the growth pipeline and support customer planning to build reference clients.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• University degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of AMOS and the broader LHT digital ecosystem is advantageous.
• Proactive, flexible team player able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot and Confluence.
• Familiarity with AMOS.
