Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative acts as the advocate for both internal and external customers, ensuring that orders are shipped on time and in full. You will support daily order‑management operations, aiming to exceed customer expectations and maintain high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company to customers, providing stellar service and handling inquiries.
• Process sales orders in the ERP, confirm product availability, and manage consignment inventory replenishment.
• Coordinate deliveries, track shipments, and resolve quality‑assurance complaints.
• Approve return requests, manage shipping priorities, and communicate open‑order and back‑order reports.
• Conduct physical inventories at customer sites, reconcile discrepancies, and allocate scarce stock in collaboration with planning teams.
• Issue special price quotations, handle pricing adjustments, and support finance with invoice investigations and credit notes.

Required profile

• Fluency in German, English, and French (mandatory); additional languages a plus.
• 3‑5 years of customer service experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics (or similar ERP systems).
