Customer Service Representative – Medical Devices & Pharma

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to support our medical device and pharmaceutical customers. You will act as the main point of contact for order processing, inventory management, and issue resolution, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders and confirm product availability.
• Manage consignment inventory replenishment and coordinate deliveries.
• Handle shipment and return of loan requests.
• Address customer inquiries, manage credits, and trace lost shipments.
• Approve and manage return requests.
• Communicate open orders and back‑order reports.
• Coordinate physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Approve stock allocation and issue special price quotations.
• Reconcile forecasts with orders and inventory systems.
• Connect customers to the appropriate support teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Fluent in French, English, and German.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work well within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (a plus).
