Customer Success Global Shared Services Coordinator

About the role

The Global Shared Services Coordinator works in the Customer Success Shared Services team and supports the account management and sales teams by handling administrative tasks related to the candidate experience. The role reports to the Customer Success Global Shared Services Director and interacts regularly with Account Management teams in the US and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Referral management: set up ORBIT program matrices and referral templates according to contract, enter referrals into the ORBIT system, update, cancel or change record status, and work with Account Services Management to receive data such as referrals and purchase orders
• Data preparation: manipulate data in Excel and prepare worksheets for system upload
• Billing review: check referrals against billing requirements, set them ready to bill, manage installment billing so installments are paid on time, and handle international referrals with LHH staff worldwide
• Account requests: monitor and manage request queues in Salesforce cases and shared mailboxes
• Landings research: research social media for positive candidate outcomes and update ORBIT with new landing information

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required; candidates still studying for one will be considered
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a corporate setting
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Event planning or coordination experience is a plus

Required skills

• Proficiency in computer and data management tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Use of ORBIT and Salesforce
