Customer Success Manager - Core (Ads, Social, Marketing)

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager for Sprinklr’s Core suite, you will act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, helping them unlock the full value of the platform across social publishing, listening, paid ads, and marketing analytics. You will bridge business objectives with platform capabilities, ensuring adoption, ROI, and long‑term partnership success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic technical relationship for the Core product suite, advising on architecture, tagging schemas, and governance frameworks.
• Translate marketing KPIs such as ROAS, brand health, and audience reach into Sprinklr configurations and use cases.
• Own the end‑to‑end adoption lifecycle across digital, social, brand, media, and analytics teams, conducting onboarding, audits, health‑score tracking, and usage diagnostics.
• Develop reusable playbooks for campaign orchestration, paid amplification, and influencer management.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Product, Solutions Consultants, Services) to resolve technical challenges, roll out new modules, and drive strategic expansion.
• Run executive business reviews, combining platform telemetry with business outcomes to craft ROI narratives and success plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SaaS customer success engagements, preferably in marketing or advertising technology.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Track record of driving adoption, expansion, and measurable business impact.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
