Customer Success Manager (French-speaking) – Airline & Catering

About the role

Join LimeFlight’s fully remote, mission‑driven team focused on sustainable inflight service management. As a Customer Success Manager you will own a portfolio of airline and airline‑catering customers, ensuring they realise measurable value from our SaaS platform and driving long‑term retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of key airline customers, building trust‑based relationships with stakeholders across operations, IT and management.
• Lead regular business reviews, monitor customer health and adoption, and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Support onboarding and implementation phases, guiding customers through integrations, data setup and best‑practice adoption.
• Deliver targeted training sessions and workshops, enabling customers to adopt new features and optimise processes.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing structured feedback to influence product development.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in the airline or airline‑catering industry.
• Experience with SaaS or complex B2B software solutions is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and commercial mindset.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven approach with high organisational reliability.
• Fluent in English and French.
