About the role
As a Customer Support Representative you will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring high‑quality service throughout the entire journey. You will combine communication with order and service coordination in a system‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email and digital channels for inbound service and order inquiries.
- Own and coordinate the order management process from quotation through invoicing.
- Handle returns, warranty cases, pricing requests and order status updates.
- Coordinate service activities with field service technicians and keep customers informed.
- Maintain and update customer, order and service data in CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) systems.
- Create and manage service cases, maintenance contracts and related documentation.
- Ensure all customer interactions are properly documented and tracked.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Finance and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Support inside‑sales activities and contribute to data quality and administrative tasks.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of professional experience in customer service, order management or inside sales, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
- Strong communication skills with a clear customer‑oriented mindset.
- Structured and reliable working style with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Solution‑oriented thinking combined with high ownership and commitment.
- Fluent German and solid English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with digital tools and MS Office.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and/or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, LN) is a plus.
