About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join Bloomerang’s support team. You will use your product knowledge to help nonprofit customers get the most out of our software, while delivering high‑quality service across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve approximately 25 customer tickets per day by following standard operating procedures.
- Assist customers with Bloomerang software, ensuring proper utilization and adoption.
- Conduct new‑customer implementations, training sessions, and live webinars for both clients and internal staff.
- Create and maintain help documentation, videos, and other self‑service resources.
- Support general software quality assurance, testing, and provide feedback to the Product Development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on support initiatives and promptly address inquiries via written, verbal, and electronic communication.
Required profile
- Strong background in delivering top‑notch customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Comfort with computers and software technology.
- Analytical mindset to track issues and identify trends.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Bloomerang software.
