About the role

We are looking for experienced and motivated Customs Declarants who want to work in a dynamic, international, technology‑driven environment. The role ensures smooth and compliant customs operations while adopting the latest digital customs solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify customs documentation in compliance with national and international regulations.
• Manage customs declarations and perform clearance procedures.
• Hand out customs documents to clients.
• Communicate with clients.
• Stay up to date with evolving customs regulations.
• Collaborate with customs teams across Europe.

Required profile

• More than 2 years of experience in customs operations with knowledge of regulations and clearance procedures.
• Strong knowledge of customs laws and clearance processes.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Legal right to work in Switzerland.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and adaptability to digital workflows.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
