Cyber Strategy & Transformation Manager

About the role

Are you passionate about cyber and eager to tackle complex challenges? As a Cyber Strategy & Transformation Manager in Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice, you will lead project teams, translate technical findings into clear recommendations for security and IT leaders, and build lasting client relationships. You will also contribute to business development by spotting opportunities, shaping proposals and supporting partners in winning new work.

Key responsibilities

• Identify relevant cyber risks for clients and develop tailored, cost‑effective strategies to navigate a constantly evolving threat landscape.
• Lead large‑scale transformational projects, applying security expertise, project‑management skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, client stakeholders and global service providers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with diverse stakeholders, using trust as the foundation for ongoing business success.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in professional‑services advisory with a proven track record delivering large‑scale cybersecurity projects.
• Strong motivation, ownership mindset and up‑to‑date knowledge of cybersecurity trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and sales skills, with the ability to influence and lead in an advisory capacity.
• Fluency in English and French; certifications such as CISSP, GSTRT or CISM are a plus.
