Cybersecurity Business Manager

About the role

As a Cybersecurity Business Manager you will drive cybersecurity strategy and implementation for one of Siemens Buildings' product portfolio units. You will work closely with product security officers, certification managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure products meet regulatory and market security requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and evolve cybersecurity strategies (product security, IT asset protection) across the portfolio.
• Support product teams with regulatory, market and customer security requirements and certification activities.
• Monitor regulatory and legal changes, represent the portfolio in standards committees and regulatory working groups.
• Assess and report cybersecurity risks, enforce governance and guide mitigation actions.
• Coordinate cybersecurity services, processes, training, and incident‑vulnerability handling within the portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, covering IT, OT and/or product security.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional, global matrix organizations and influence stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, CRA, NIS2.
• Experience with product security, industrial automation or building technologies.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
