Data Analytics Intern

About the role

Join Haleon's Material Scheduling team in Nyon as a Data Analytics Intern. You will support the Zero Waste ambition by improving forecasting tools and automating long‑term capacity planning.

Key responsibilities

• Improve automation of forecasting tools for raw material, APIs, neutrals and printed components using Python‑based processes.
• Automate the Long‑Term Capacity Planning process by translating five‑year demand into component‑level requirements.
• Develop a tool to compare component Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) against finished‑product needs and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Participate in daily direction‑setting meetings and collaborate with Supply Planning Hub, Continuous Improvement, and material scheduling teams.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Engineering).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good team player with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
