Data Visualisation Support, Senior Associate (6-Month Fixed Term)

About the role

The BMC Center of Excellence is looking for an experienced and creative marketing professional to support digital experiences, interactive content and data storytelling across the global organization. Working with the Center of Excellence and UX team, the role helps global, regional and local marketing teams turn content into life through user-centred design and compelling visuals. It works closely with campaign teams, content creators, digital teams and external agencies, and is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Create interactive digital experiences with Ceros and data visualizations with Flourish, turning complex business content into engaging visual formats.
• Develop wireframes, user journeys and simple prototypes, and support usability reviews and testing.
• Maintain design standards, templates and guidance materials, and act as a subject matter resource for Ceros, Flourish and digital experience best practice.
• Support training, enablement and knowledge sharing, and create reusable assets, templates and playbooks.
• Help regional and local teams with experience design requests and troubleshooting.
• Monitor performance of interactive assets, identify improvements to engagement and usability, and share best practices.

Required profile

• Experience in digital marketing, design, UX, content or creative services.
• Experience creating digital content and visual storytelling assets.
• Preferred: experience supporting global marketing or communications teams, knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design, experience with CMS platforms and web publishing, familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools, and experience in professional services or a matrix organization.
