Demand Planner

About the role

Medacta International is seeking a Demand Planner to manage large datasets, analyse demand trends and provide accurate forecasts that support business objectives. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments and external customers to continuously improve demand planning processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in budget and forecast sessions by delivering data‑driven demand insights.
• Evaluate extra‑forecast orders for profitability and alignment with supply‑chain capabilities.
• Analyse historical demand data to identify trends, seasonality and patterns.
• Support product life‑cycle management for items in phase‑in or phase‑out.
• Use Power Query to manage datasets, calculate KPIs and prepare data for S&OP meetings.
• Act as liaison between branches and departments such as Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
