DevOps Engineer – PMT/DPO

About the role

We are opening a DevOps Engineer – PMT/DPO position to strengthen our client’s team based in Geneva. The role sits within a DevOps environment supporting a highly regulated, safety‑critical Air Traffic Management context.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineering and product teams in adopting new processes, methods and tools as part of the ongoing transformation.
• Deploy, configure, administer and continuously enhance the engineering toolchain, including documentation‑as‑code repositories, templates and automation workflows.
• Design, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, automated builds, packaging processes and release mechanisms.
• Administer SDLC and DevOps platforms covering source code management, CI/CD, artefact repositories, code quality, containers, logging and observability.
• Provide technical guidance and hands‑on support to teams using the new toolchain and associated operating practices.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, systems engineering, infrastructure automation or a comparable technical position.
• Strong understanding of security practices, access management, system hardening, backup and IT operational standards.
• Fluent in English and French, with autonomy, rigour and a service‑oriented mindset.
