DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (Remote, Zurich)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability, observability, and deployment infrastructure of a fast‑moving distributed platform. You will partner closely with core engineering teams to turn research‑driven code into production‑grade services while working 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers and Terraform/Ansible infrastructure as code.
• Monitor system health with Prometheus and Grafana, and improve observability.
• Optimize PostgreSQL databases and ensure performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate Rust‑based services and blockchain infrastructure.
• Apply security hardening and networking best practices across cloud and on‑premise environments.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong Linux systems knowledge.
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or Ansible).
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
