Digital Communications Specialist (80%) – Geneva

About the role

OM Pharma is looking for a Digital Communications Specialist to join its headquarters and biotech production site in Geneva. Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will lead the company’s digital communications strategy, creating engaging content and ensuring a strong online presence across all corporate channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital communications activities across corporate channels, including LinkedIn, the corporate website and the SharePoint intranet.
• Create, edit and publish written and multimedia content such as videos, graphics and posts.
• Manage the editorial calendar and produce digital assets that support corporate campaigns.
• Monitor digital trends, AI platforms and emerging communication opportunities.
• Conduct media monitoring, report on coverage and analyse digital performance metrics.
• Support SEO initiatives and optimise content for search visibility.
• Contribute to corporate communication projects, awareness campaigns and executive communications.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate communications experience in an international environment.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, able to translate complex scientific information into clear messages.
• Creative, agile, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Native‑level English and fluency in French; additional languages are a plus.
