Digital Delivery Specialist - Sales & Recruitment (80-100%)

About the role

Adecco is looking for a Digital Delivery Specialist in Zurich, working 80-100% of the time. The role combines hands-on candidate engagement with a clear understanding of customer needs, commercial priorities and modern technology. You support recruitment assignments from the initial briefing through to successful placement, while helping evolve the company's digital ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment assignments from understanding hiring needs and finding candidates to successful placement, across temporary and permanent staffing
• Sourcing and engaging candidates through professional networks, digital channels and talent databases, using AI-supported tools
• Review profiles, run initial interviews, confirm availability and prepare candidate profiles for clients
• Identify new business potential, set priorities with a commercial mindset and contribute to shared success
• Work closely with the sales team, branches and the IT team
• Improve workflows, propose ideas and support the introduction of digital tools and automated processes
• Monitor quality and responsiveness, use metrics to guide work and turn insights into improvements

Required profile

• Experience in staffing, recruitment or talent sourcing, ideally with a good understanding of the Swiss labour market
• Vocational training completed, preferably in a commercial field; a Digital Collaboration Specialist qualification with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education or a comparable one is desirable
• Fluent German and good English; French is a plus
• Open to digital recruitment solutions, AI and automation, and quick to learn new systems
• Proactive, independent, strong communicator with a pragmatic approach
