About the role

The Kulm Group, which owns the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz and the Grand Hotel Kronenhof Pontresina, is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (d/f/m) to join its Marketing, Sales & Communications department. You will support the CRM & Digital Platforms Manager in keeping the group's digital ecosystem running at a high standard for its guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the websites (front-end and CMS), manage content such as packages and events, support SEO hygiene and ensure a seamless user journey leading to the booking engine.
• Manage the hotel's presence on OTAs, partner platforms and directories, keep information consistent and oversee reputation management on portals such as TrustYou, TripAdvisor and Google.
• Manage the Bynder system, organise and tag visual assets and coordinate photoshoots from preparation to handover.
• Support the consolidation and preparation of data for monthly performance reports.
• Provide administrative support to the Brand and Commercial team, prepare meetings and ensure smooth cross-departmental workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Initial practical experience in digital marketing, website management or online platform administration.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German C1; Italian is a strong asset.
• A structured, precise and reliable hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and brand aesthetics.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CMS systems (an advantage).
• Ideal but not required: basic HTML.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate several tasks in parallel.
