Über die Position

Das Interdisziplinäre Notfallzentrum des Kantonsspitals Aarau sucht eine Dipl. Expertin oder den Dipl. Experte für Notfallpflege in Teilzeit. Die Stelle ist mitverantwortlich für eine ganzheitliche und kompetente Pflege, Behandlung und Betreuung der Notfallpatientinnen und -patienten.

Hauptaufgaben

Selbständige Triagefunktion (MTS) sowie Koordination von Eintritts- und Austrittsprozessen, um den Tagesablauf und den Prozessablauf zu organisieren
Wichtige Rolle im interprofessionellen Behandlungsteam bei der Behandlung von Schockraumpatienten
Begleitung der Studierenden im NDS als Bezugsperson während des Studiums

Anforderungsprofil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossener Nachdiplomstudiengang zur dipl. Expertin / dipl. Experte Notfallpflege
Korrespondierende Berufserfahrung
Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit, Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikation
Umgang mit komplexen, sich schnell ändernden Situationen
Offenheit für eigene Weiterentwicklung und aktive Mitarbeit in Veränderungsprozessen
