Das MPD Seeland sucht Verstärkung für sein Team in Lyss als dipl. Pflegefachperson m/w/d ab 50%. Die Stelle ist fest angesetzt und umfasst ein Pensum von 50 bis 100 %. Als Fachkraft in der spezialisierten Palliative Care im ambulanten Setting begleitest und unterstützt du Menschen mit schweren, unheilbaren Erkrankungen sowie deren Bezugspersonen.

Du arbeitest eng mit den Grundversorgern zusammen und trägst mit deiner Erfahrung und deiner beratenden Haltung dazu bei, Lebensqualität in herausfordernden Situationen zu erhalten und eine bestmögliche Versorgung zu Hause zu ermöglichen.
