About the role

The Association Director will lead and manage a youth‑focused non‑profit organization, overseeing both administrative and programmatic activities. This role combines budgetary control, staff supervision, and the development of extracurricular and per‑school leisure programs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including budget preparation, accounting follow‑up, personnel management, and compliance with bodies such as SDJES and CAF.
• Develop, monitor, and report on the PEDT plan and grant applications.
• Lead extra‑school and per‑school leisure activities: welcome groups, design activity programmes, handle registrations, communicate with parents, manage payments, and supervise the animation team.
• Collaborate with teachers, participate in school and extracurricular projects, and represent the association in municipal youth council initiatives.
• Ensure statutory compliance of the association and foster links with public‑school USEP projects.
• Participate in the national network of animators and contribute to the broader associative life.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as DEJEPS, DUT, or BPJEPS enabling direction of a collective minor‑care setting.
• Demonstrated commitment to popular education values and experience in youth or community sectors.
• Preferably a background of leadership in a non‑residential leisure centre.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of regulations governing collective care of minors.
• Administrative rigor and ability to manage budgets and personnel.
• Team spirit, creativity, autonomy, availability, and excellent relational skills.
