Director, HAE / ANDEMBRY Brand Lead

About the role

The Director, HAE / ANDEMBRY Brand Lead will shape the international portfolio strategy for hereditary angioedema (HAE) products, defining the complementary positioning of ANDEMBRY and BERINERT across the patient journey. This senior marketing role partners with affiliates and cross‑functional teams to translate a global vision into locally relevant, compliant execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the HAE disease‑area and ANDEMBRY brand strategy for the International region, ensuring clear complementary positioning with BERINERT.
• Lead the ANDEMBRY International Brand Team, set strategic agenda, drive decision‑making and hold teams accountable for execution.
• Translate patient, market and competitive insights into portfolio positioning, messaging and actionable marketing priorities.
• Collaborate with affiliates, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Insights, Omnichannel and other functions to co‑create aligned programs.
• Own the international marketing budget, allocate resources to high‑value priorities and monitor ROI.

Required profile

• Graduate degree required; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• At least 10 years of healthcare experience, including 8+ years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales and marketing.
• Proven ability to establish disease‑area and brand strategy, translate insights into action and drive executional excellence.
• Experience leading above‑country initiatives and influencing multicultural matrix teams, preferably in rare‑disease portfolios.
