Director, Head of Clinical Delivery and Monitoring Unit II

About the role

As Director, Head of Clinical Delivery and Monitoring Unit II you will oversee Delivery and Monitoring teams to ensure high‑quality, risk‑based, and efficient delivery of the entire clinical portfolio across Phase I‑IV, RWE, ISS and other studies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight, governance representation and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Manage Trial Clinical Delivery Leads, Program Clinical Delivery Leads and Regional Clinical Delivery Leads.
• Ensure seamless trial execution with internal partners and CROs, and represent the team at governance boards.
• Drive continuous improvement of systems, processes and performance across GDO/CDPC.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 20% and work on‑site in Eysins three days per week.

Required profile

• 10+ years in clinical research and operations, managing complex studies and teams.
• Graduate degree in Medical or Life Sciences or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of people and resource management experience.
• Proven ability to sponsor and drive transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, leadership and cultural awareness skills for global, multicultural environments.
