Director, M&A Finance

About the role

As Director, M&A Finance you will evaluate acquisitions, partnerships and strategic investments that bring innovative medicines to patients worldwide. You will work at the intersection of finance, strategy and business development, influencing executive decisions and driving long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead valuation model development and financial assessment of potential acquisitions, partnerships and strategic investments.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis using market intelligence, company data and strategic business assumptions.
• Drive financial due diligence activities and assess the impact of findings on transaction value.
• Prepare and present clear, high‑quality recommendations for senior leadership and Board‑level decision making.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration across project teams.

Required profile

• Advanced experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance or strategic business development.
• Strong expertise in valuation methodologies and complex financial modeling techniques.
• Proven ability to perform financial due diligence and assess transaction‑related risks.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
