Director of Strategy & Growth – Digital Assets

About the role

STORM Partners is seeking a senior Director of Strategy & Growth to act as a trusted advisor for Web3 and digital‑asset clients worldwide. You will shape market positioning, launch token economies and drive ecosystem expansion for leading protocols and enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to Web3 founders, executives and institutional stakeholders across geographies.
• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies for protocols, products and token launches.
• Lead market positioning, narrative and brand strategy.
• Design and optimise token economies and incentive structures.
• Drive ecosystem growth, partnerships and network effects.
• Support fundraising strategy and investor positioning.
• Produce thought‑leadership content and brief clients on market trends.
• Contribute to business development and expansion of STORM Partners’ client base.

Required profile

• 5+ years in strategy, consulting, venture or growth roles within Web3, fintech or technology.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, token economies and market dynamics.
• Proven track record advising founders, executives or institutional stakeholders.
• Experience leading go‑to‑market, growth or strategic transformation initiatives.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced English; additional languages are a plus.
