Director, Supply Chain Analytics (Data & AI Services)

About the role

This senior leadership position will shape and scale a global consulting practice at the intersection of supply chain transformation, data, and AI-driven analytics. You will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering advanced supply chain and sustainability solutions to multinational clients, helping them optimize operations, improve resilience, and embed data‑driven decision‑making across their organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global consulting practice focused on supply chain analytics, sustainability, and AI‑driven transformation.
• Define and execute the strategic vision for supply chain and data services, aligning with growth objectives and market trends.
• Oversee delivery of complex client engagements, ensuring high‑quality outcomes in optimization, resilience, and sustainability performance.
• Guide design and implementation of advanced analytics, AI models, and data‑driven decision frameworks.
• Manage and mentor consulting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and create actionable roadmaps.
• Develop scalable methodologies, service offerings, and best practices for supply chain analytics consulting.
• Support business development activities, including proposal creation and client pitches.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in supply chain management, operations consulting, data analytics, or related advisory roles, preferably within a global consulting environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing consulting teams and delivering large‑scale transformation projects for multinational clients.
• Strong expertise in supply chain analytics, planning, optimization, and performance management.
• Hands‑on experience with data‑driven decision‑making, AI/ML applications, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of sustainability practices and their integration into modern supply chain strategies.
