Dispatch Agent – Operations Service

About the role

Join FedEx as a Dispatch Agent and play a key part in keeping our courier network running smoothly. You will coordinate schedules, support couriers, and ensure daily deliveries meet operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare courier schedules and routes.
• Coordinate work distribution among couriers to achieve station targets.
• Monitor the daily delivery cycle and update systems with accurate information.
• Provide support to couriers and resolve issues promptly.
• Contact customers when additional information is needed or to address service concerns.
• Report any delivery issues to management and compile productivity and performance reports.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating a team in a busy transport or dispatch environment (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem‑solving mindset with good planning and organizing abilities.
• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• General PC skills.
