Dispatching Coordinator – Intermodal Transport

About the role

HOYER is seeking a motivated Dispatching Coordinator to join its Mendrisio hub. You will be responsible for planning and overseeing the truck fleet that handles intermodal and road transport, ensuring smooth operations for our chemical, mineral oil, gas, and food logistics services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the truck fleet for intermodal and road transport operations.
• Optimize transport processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Verify orders against customer requirements and legal regulations.
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Update and maintain order details promptly in the internal system.

Required profile

• Professional experience in intermodal bulk transport.
• Native proficiency in Italian and fluency in English.
• Ability to work independently while following group guidelines in an international setting.
• Strong decision‑making abilities and proactive communication skills.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
