DTX Data Analytics & Insights Manager

About the role

Logitech is looking for a Data Analytics & Insights Manager to turn complex data into strategic actions for its Direct‑to‑Consumer eCommerce business across 40 global markets. The role combines deep analytical expertise with strong communication to influence product, marketing and consumer experience decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3‑4 analysts and external agency resources, fostering a proactive business‑partnering culture.
• Develop and maintain dynamic Tableau dashboards and automated reports for senior leadership.
• Define and execute an AI strategy to increase workflow efficiency and add predictive capabilities.
• Ensure data compliance with legal, privacy and regulatory standards.
• Partner with Product, UX, Marketing, and Consumer Insight teams to deliver actionable insights on site performance, consumer sentiment, campaign effectiveness and content engagement.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of eCommerce analytics experience, especially with Adobe Analytics and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Proven leadership of analysts and agency partners.
• Experience working in a global organization with localized market nuances.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate data trends for non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• SQL proficiency for querying Snowflake data warehouses.
• Hands‑on experience with Tableau for visualization.
• Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) knowledge.
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools (Snowflake, Tableau) and generative AI concepts.
