Education Coordinator - Retail Training

About the role

ENDF, a retail company headquartered in Grenoble, France, is hiring a full-time, on-site Education Coordinator in Koye. The role designs, organizes and delivers training programs for retail staff so they can provide excellent customer service and meet performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training materials and schedule and run group and individual training sessions
• Monitor skill development and update educational content to reflect changes in products, policies and procedures
• Work with store management to identify learning needs, evaluate training effectiveness and give ongoing coaching and support
• Document training activities regularly and communicate clearly with stakeholders

Required profile

• Strong foundation in education and pedagogy, able to design and deliver effective learning programs
• Experience in training, including planning sessions, creating materials and assessing participant progress
• Customer service orientation and understanding of retail operations and client needs
• Relevant post-secondary education in Education, Training, Human Resources or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Koye, manage several training projects and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
