Electrical Engineer – Hardware Design for Robotics

About the role

Join mimic robotics to design and develop the electrical architecture of next‑generation robotic hands. You will work on compact, high‑cycle systems that demand reliable, manufacturable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop PCBs, flexible PCBs (FPCs), and wiring harnesses for compact robotic systems.
• Engineer electrical solutions that meet tight integration constraints and high‑cycle application requirements.
• Ensure designs achieve high reliability, durability, and manufacturability, supporting certification, testing and validation.
• Collaborate with embedded and mechanical engineers to optimise hardware integration and signal integrity, driving projects from prototype to high‑volume production.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of industry experience in electrical hardware or electronics design.
• Proven experience designing electronics for manufacturing at scale (10K–1M+ units).
• Hands‑on experience with dynamic flexible PCBs and wiring harnesses, including debugging signal‑integrity issues.
