End-to-End Supply Chain Director, Insecticides

About the role

The Director, End-to-End Supply Chain is responsible for shaping and executing the global supply chain strategy for insecticide products. Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain and based in Switzerland (Schaffhausen or Geneva), the role ensures service excellence, cost competitiveness, and optimal working capital across demand planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead demand and supply planning to guarantee capacity, service levels, and continuity.
• Drive inventory optimization, working capital improvement, and asset utilization.
• Enhance logistics and distribution efficiency while maintaining compliance.
• Establish governance, performance metrics, and accountability across the supply chain organization.
• Lead digital transformation, advanced planning, and process standardisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain, operations or planning within a regulated chemical or agro‑chemical environment.
• Proven leadership of end‑to‑end supply chains in a global, matrix organisation.
• Demonstrated impact on P&L, cost performance and working capital.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP) – highly desirable.
• PMP certification – highly desirable.
• Lean Six Sigma methodology – highly desirable.
• Advanced analytical capabilities, including scenario modelling and data‑driven decision making.
