Enterprise Account Executive – DACH (Remote, Switzerland)

About the role

As a Senior Account Executive you will drive revenue growth across the DACH region, focusing on both new business acquisition and expansion of existing enterprise accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and position Conga’s enterprise‑wide SaaS solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business (≈40% of activity) and grow existing accounts (≈60%) within strategic industries.
• Build and nurture relationships with C‑level decision makers, understanding complex business challenges.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
• Develop and execute territory, account and opportunity plans, leading complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services and Partners to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of B2B enterprise technology sales experience in the SaaS sector, with a proven record of exceeding quota in the DACH market.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer challenges with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of AI, automation and revenue‑management trends, translating them into customer value.
• Hunter mentality with a consultative, solution‑selling approach and excellent executive communication skills.
• Proven collaboration across cross‑functional teams to drive predictable revenue growth.
