Enterprise Account Partner – DACH Region

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking an Enterprise Account Partner to lead and grow relationships with top pharmaceutical companies across the DACH region. You will act as the primary liaison for VP and C‑level executives, helping customers accelerate product launches using Veeva’s Commercial Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Protect and expand Veeva’s footprint through daily account management and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute account vision, strategy, and ways of working.
• Serve as the ambassador for customers within Veeva, ensuring their needs are prioritized.
• Nurture relationships with decision‑makers across Commercial, Medical, IT, and procurement.
• Navigate complex sales cycles, articulate value propositions, and negotiate contracts and renewals.
• Manage account administration, provide accurate forecasts, and stay current with industry trends.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise account management, preferably within SaaS or life‑sciences sectors.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior executives.
• Strong business acumen and a focus on customer success.
