Enterprise Sales Manager

About the role

Ethena is building the financial infrastructure for the next generation of digital dollars. As an Enterprise Sales Manager you will own the commercial strategy for the Whitelabel Stablecoin product and generate enterprise‑level leads for Ethena’s broader suite of fintech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Originate, negotiate and close deals with enterprise‑grade counterparties across North America, LATAM, Southeast Asia, MENA and Europe.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline, prioritising quality of partners over volume.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for all whitelabel partners, managing commercial terms and long‑term growth levers.
• Develop operational foundations for the whitelabel product, including onboarding processes, deal templates and launch playbooks.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, finance and product teams to ensure smooth deal execution and proactively resolve blockers.
• Continuously refine product positioning and commercial framing based on market feedback and competitive signals.

Required profile

• Deep familiarity with the payments and fintech landscape, including infrastructure layers, value chains and key players.
• Proven business development and sales execution experience, with a track record of closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Commercial sophistication to articulate genuine product value and build market theses.
• Existing network in payments and fintech, especially in emerging markets.
• Ability to operate without a playbook, identify blockers and make independent judgement calls in a fast‑moving, resource‑constrained environment.
• Professional maturity and enterprise credibility, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
