Über die Position

Das Kantonsspital Baden sucht eine Ergotherapeutin oder einen Ergotherapeuten für das stationäre Setting. Du begleitest Patientinnen und Patienten mit akuten und chronischen Erkrankungen auf ihrem Weg zurück in den Alltag und planst gemeinsam mit einem interdisziplinären Behandlungsteam individuelle ergotherapeutische Massnahmen. Die Stelle ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung verfügbar.

Hauptaufgaben

Stationäre Patientinnen und Patienten mit unterschiedlichen Krankheitsbildern behandeln
Eng mit dem interdisziplinären Behandlungsteam zusammenarbeiten
Ergotherapeutische Behandlungen planen, dokumentieren und evaluieren
Elektronische Verlaufsdokumentationen und Berichte erstellen
Fachliche Expertise in Behandlung und Team einbringen und bei Projekten mitwirken

Anforderungsprofil

Abschluss einer Ausbildung als Ergotherapeutin oder Ergotherapeut FH
Gefallen an ergotherapeutische Behandlung von akut und chronisch Erkrankten
Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und wertschätzende, motivierende Haltung
Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
