European Marketing Manager – Liver & Heart Portfolio

About the role

BD is seeking a senior European Marketing Manager to drive growth for two high‑impact interventional portfolios – Liverty™ TIPS for liver disease and True™ Balloon for structural heart. Based primarily in Eysins with travel across Europe, you will shape strategy, launch products and accelerate adoption in a highly visible leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi‑year European growth strategy and roadmap for both portfolios.
• Identify new market opportunities, expand adoption, and develop priority accounts and geographies.
• Lead major product launches, lifecycle management initiatives and commercial acceleration programs.
• Partner with country teams to translate strategy into measurable business results.
• Build strong relationships with key physicians, clinical stakeholders and professional societies.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of two Product Managers.

Required profile

• 10+ years progressive experience in MedTech or healthcare, with proven success in European or multi‑country marketing leadership.
• Strong track record of driving growth, market development and therapy adoption.
• Experience leading strategic product launches and lifecycle management programs.
• Commercial acumen with exposure to revenue ownership and sales collaboration.
• Previous people‑leadership experience and ability to influence across complex matrix organisations.
• Experience in interventional radiology, liver disease, cardiovascular therapies or related specialties is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% across Europe.
