Event Operations Volunteer – Healthcare Innovation Summit

About the role

Join the volunteer team behind an international healthcare and life‑sciences summit. You will support the event remotely, helping to shape its online presence, manage data, or coordinate logistics, depending on the role you choose.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategy, schedule posts and engage the community (Social Media Manager).
• Update website information, maintain the CRM and send newsletters (Website and CRM Manager).
• Coordinate speaker communications, handle reservations and keep the planning timeline on track (Project and Event Manager).

Required profile

• Located in Europe with excellent English communication skills.
• Passion for healthcare innovation and ability to work independently with flexible hours.

Required skills

• LinkedIn page management and basic design tools such as Canva.
• Website builders (WordPress, Webflow, Wix) and CRM/mail tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp).
