Event Project Manager – Life Sciences

About the role

We are seeking an Event Project Manager specialized in life sciences to join our fast‑growing team in Switzerland. You will lead the planning and delivery of congresses, webinars, advisory boards and medical education programmes, ensuring seamless experiences for healthcare professionals and industry partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of life‑science events, including virtual and onsite formats.
• Configure, build, test and launch event technology solutions using web, mobile, portal, video and engagement platforms.
• Act as primary contact for customers and stakeholders, coordinating timelines, approvals, logistics and compliance.
• Train speakers, faculty, agencies and event staff on platforms and workflows.
• Oversee event execution, monitor progress, mitigate risks and handle escalations.
• Conduct post‑event analysis, produce reports and dashboards, and recommend improvements.
• Support programme growth through knowledge sharing and process optimisation.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in event management, congress coordination or medical education within the life‑sciences sector.
• Proven track record managing pharmaceutical or healthcare events such as congresses, advisory boards and webinars.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management and event approval processes in pharma/healthcare environments.

Required skills

• Experience with event technology platforms (web, mobile, portal, video, engagement tools).
