Events Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, hands‑on Events Marketing Manager to own and execute the EMEA events strategy, spanning in‑person field events, sponsored conferences and monthly webinars. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to create locally relevant experiences that drive audience engagement, qualified leads and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the EMEA events calendar, including field events, customer experiences, sponsored conferences and regional activations.
• Plan, promote and deliver approximately one webinar per month, handling topic selection, speaker coordination and post‑event follow‑up.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Sales, Content, Design and Partnerships to define event objectives, budgets and success metrics.
• Manage venue and vendor logistics, run‑of‑show planning, registration and on‑site support.
• Develop multichannel promotional campaigns across email, social and partner channels.
• Monitor event performance, pipeline contribution and revenue impact, and maintain accurate reporting with Revenue Operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of event marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven track record planning and executing in‑person events across multiple EMEA markets.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines, stakeholders and time zones.
• Experience working closely with Sales teams to translate events into pipeline and revenue.
• Willingness to travel at least 15% of the time for regional events and on‑site support.

• CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Webinar platforms including Livestorm and Zoom.
• Familiarity with event management and registration tools.
